  • Hydro+ officially launched on January 23, bringing new monetization tiers and enhanced publisher rewards.
  • Advertisers Portal launched on January 7, giving advertisers direct access to campaign management.
  • Website updates rolled out to align with Hydro+ and ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Reporting & analytics improvements for Hydro+ activities, including:
    • Sales booking tracking
    • Subscription payments reporting
    • Subscription rejection insights
    • Publisher drop-off reports

📊 Rewards & Automation

  • Automated source pool management implemented for all three publisher reward tiers for more efficient distribution.
  • Split rewards service improved, making it easier to manage revenue allocation.

🚀 Post-Hydro+ Launch Enhancements

  • With Hydro+ now live and operations resuming post-pause, we’ve been working on an improved process for:
    • Managing publisher subscriptions
    • Processing rewards payments
    • Handling support tickets efficiently
  • Our goal is to cut down long waiting times and make everything smoother and faster in the next payment cycles, set to roll out in the coming days/weeks.
  • A huge thank you to our publishers for their patience! If you're still resolving issues through tickets, rest assured—we’re working as quickly as possible, and no ticket will go unresolved.

  • Following our last update, we have completed key updates to the official website, particularly on the product page to reflect the latest Hydro+ information.
  • Other minor adjustments have been made to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Expect further refinements as we continuously work to improve the website for a better user experience.

  • We’re actively working on new educational materials to help users understand and maximize Hydro+.

  • With the new revenue stream from consent banner ad placements, we’re focusing on attracting advertisers and making sure they reach Hydro publishers' audiences effectively.
  • To support this, we’ve started building a dedicated Sales Team, working closely with Marketing to:
    • Bring in new advertisers
    • Ensure they see value in our platform
    • Establish long-term partnerships
